Depending on where you deploy and what actions you took during a specified situation or time on an installation, you could find yourself earning a new ribbon for your ribbon rack. Every Airman earns at least on ribbon and that’s for completing basic training. Gaining others are up to each individual and some are extremely tough to earn.
