Just as an idea: At the bottom of each article, a link saying something like "More From This Author" that takes you to a page of the author's writing? So if someone reading an article likes a particular author, they can go directly to more work by them. I had a friend of mine suggest this after they read an article of mine and wanted to catch up on some of the other ones that I had written.

And just a question, when a member that isn't a 'writer' on the site posts something, is it going to show up with the articles written by the staff? Because as more people join and want to post, the articles that are put up by the writers could get bogged down in blog posts and not-so-great writing by members. I know it isn't an issue right now because there are so few active members on the site, but it might be something to keep in mind for the future. Having it separated into 'Writer contribution' and 'member contribution' would more clearly delineate it for readers.
