How to Sponsor

Are you or your organization interested in sponsoring MilPages? If so we thank you and if not then please read on and consider us in the future. We think sponsorship is a great way to let sponsors get seen within the most powerful buying segment in the United States with stable income and professional educations. MilPages is a fast growing social platform that spreads news, opinion, and connections fast, and we mean really fast. This is a key area most sponsors fail to recognize, but our community talks a lot through Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms and by not being a sponsor here you lose out on all of that interaction. So what do we look for in a sponsor?

• Does your sponsorship bring value to our community and members?
• Does your sponsorship reflect the freedom of speech that we boldly support?
• Will you sponsorship create a long-term benefit?

Obviously, funding helps us grow, but we will never trade money for dictatorship or control of our writers or community. We understand it’s a fine line, but MilPages is built on more than just financial aspirations. The community is born from passion and connecting under conditions that bring people together for a common goal. If you read this far then we hope you see our passion about what we do and why we are asking for responsible advertisers. So the next question is probably, how can you help us?

Platinum Sponsorship (6 slots)

Our platinum sponsorship is reserved for those sponsors that have donated $5,000+ to our community either in products, gifts, or any cash in kind. These are the sponsors that are all in and back us with serious help. All our sponsors are an extreme value to us, but this tier has gone a little bit further and therefore site on top of our sponsor page. The sponsorship last for 12 months from the initial donation. After that other sponsors will have an opportunity to take the position or the sponsor can continue to sponsor us.

Gold Sponsorship (9 slots)

Our gold sponsorship is reserved for the sponsors that have donated between $1500-$4,999 to us in cash, gifts, or cash in kind. Our gold sponsors are a serious help in letting us expand and we also appreciate them. The gold tier is the middle section of our sponsorship page. This sponsorship is for 12 months from the initial donation. If the sponsor chooses not to re-sponsor then the spot becomes open to another sponsor.

MilPages Sponsor (33 slots)

The MilPages sponsorship option is for the sponsors that perhaps couldn’t commit as much but still are 100% behind our mission and want to show their support. We also cherish this tier because the support is awesome and we can get the smaller organization into the sponsorship with this segment. This sponsorship is good for 12 months from the initial donation. If the organization chooses not to continue the slot will be open to another sponsor.

Payment

Credit cards are accepted along with Paypal, EFT, or check/money order. We try to keep the payment option easy as can be. Please contact us before submitting payment so we can go through everything.

Acceptance

It’s important to note that sponsorship is not automatic. We evaluate each sponsor before accepting. It’s important that we stay very strict in who we allow to make sure our quality remains high. Our community expects better of us and we are very aware of that.

Misc

Your organization will provide the logo for the page and you may link it to any part of your site. Please do not ask us to sign some acceptable usage for your logo, it’s a waste of our time and we won’t do it. Your image will only be used on the sponsorship page. We are not a 501c non-profit. We are a for-profit company and you will not be able to write your donation off. You will need to write this off as part of your advertising or marketing budget. Please do not send us a request to fill out 1099′s as well. You are buying a product, not a tax break. We hope you will consider being a part of our financial structure and become a sponsor!
